Ford Ka 40.9% pass rate
One of the most common learner (and first) cars is also one of the least roadworthy. Launched in 1996, the Ford Ka was a smart bit of design - but it needs some attention now and again... as opposed to being run into the ground. You have to wonder if the fails are just getting scrapped as there are only about 4500 1990s Ford Kas on the road.
