Southend-on-Sea (SS) – 68% pass rate
Many coastal areas have fairly poor MoT pass rates because they’re subject to extreme weather – but Southend-on-Sea is relatively well sheltered. Indeed the average pass rate in SS post codes is noticeably higher than the national average of 60%.
