One of the most surprising aspects to come out of The MoT Files is the amount of regional variations. You wouldn't have thought that the MoT test (and whether you pass or fail) would vary that much - but it does. In fact, every single one of the postcode areas in our top ten is in the South East. Bromley is the third post code area in the top three that’s in the Greater London area, specifically in the South East. Much like with Romford and Enfield, many of the cars registered in this area are newer, plus they’re likely to cover fairly short distances in a year - and at fairy low speeds.
