Bought a Blade approved used car from them in Oct 2014 that came with a 12 month warranty . Didn't test drive it as trusted the salesmans description of the car and it had full service history and was in good condition.As it came with a 12 month warranty I felt it was a safe punt . On driving it back to West London (1.5 hrs) I noticed a horrible vibration through the drivers seat and door when at a stand still . I reported it to Blade Honda a couple of days later. They told me to take it to a local garage to get fixed under warranty . The local garage were terrible and made it worse. Blade took it back and tried some things and returned it to me but the problem was the same. Then the electric windows failed. They took it back again fixed the windows but vibration still bad they took it back again and returned it to me saying they has road tested it and in their opinion I should expect the car to vibrate like that due to its age and millage. I wasn't at all happy . They said they won't refund the money, at one stage they were going to source a replacement car but haven't and now they are ignoring my e mails and letters . The car vibration is worse than ever , the electric windows have failed again, when I cam back from holiday after two weeks the battery was dead on the car and I've had other issues with it. They won't even reply to me now even though the car has a 12 month warranty . At my wits end with it so have no choice but to leave bad reviews and take the matter to trading standards .Steer well clear of this garage because if the diagnostics computer says everything is ok then thats the end of that as far as they are concerned !

Left the pollen filter cover lying in the car footwell, so I had to refit it myself. Didn't manage to fix the squealing brakes for the second year running. Otherwise not too bad.

I have had recurrent problems with dashboard rattles in my Civic, which I bought new from Blade in 2009. The car has been back to them on several occasions. The service department has been very helpful and has spent a lot of time trying to cure the rattles. Unfortunately, after every attempt so far, all has been peaceful for a few months, and then a new rattle or squeak has appeared. They have just had the car for 3 days for the latest fix. Hopefully, this will be the last time, but, if not, it certainly would not be for any lack of effort on Blade's part. As for routine services, they have performed the two so far immaculately. Value for money is a very subjective matter. I have owned Hondas continuously for the last 20 years or so, always used Honda dealers for servicing, and never had any worries that anything might have been omitted, done incorrectly, or done needlessly. They may be more expensive than independents, but the peace of mind is worth the extra.
