"They Brake Stuff And Force You To Pay"

So i had my car in for a MOT and it failed on a few items which was fine and they completed the work upon collection of they car they told me they broke one of the part / tools (wheel locking nut) and admitted they did it. They then told me it was only £10 to repair so i thought i would sort its only £10 i dont mind i've used this garage for years. However i had to ring Ford to get a new one which costs around £50 so i then went back to Repps to get them to pay for it as they were the ones who broke it. But they outright refused to pay for something they broke in there operations.

HAD TWO ELECTRICAL FAULTS OVER THE LAST 9 MONTHS. ONE GARAGE CHARGED ME £500 AND DIDN`T FIND THE FAULT. REPPS HAD PROBLEMS BUT STUCK AT IT AND SOLVED IT AND DIDN`T CHARGE THE EARTH. GREAT !!
