After they did some warranty work on the car, the car developed a rough idle fault whilst in their care, they’re have misdiagnosed the fault twice and charged me for the misdiagnosis and now the car has been with them for almost eight months and now they are trying to wash their hands of my car and offer it back to me unsafe and unroadworthy.

Recently purchased the new A5 Coupe SLine, was dealt with by Ben from start to finish he helped me through the process which was very smooth. Within 3 days I was driving out of there with the biggest smile on my face. Days later he checked up to see if I was happy, further to this he helped me booking the vehicle in for a ‘Shine for Life’ which I’d definitely recommend as the before and after pics are 5*. I put my 2001 A6 avant quattro which I have owned from new in for repairs to the Xenon lights which were occasionally motoring down to point at the road a few metres in front of the car. Because the fault was intermittent Heritage kept the car for a couple of days knowing I have the use of a VW Golf as well. My father died unexpectedly, and I needed the Audi to transport my family (all 5 of us) to Yorkshire from Wiltshire with 24 hours notice. Heritage refused to let me use my old A6 in case the lights failed again during the trip, and insisted on lending me a choice of 2 brand new 3/0 Tdi quattro A6 avants, free to use for as long as I needed to stay in Yorkshire - I repeat FREE. What fantastic customer service.
