This may be a typical VAG set up, all chrome and black desks but its nice that the people here really care and just go the extra mile. OK so I have a Yeti which doesnt have much wrong with it but it has had a rattle and they've found it (almost a first in the last four cars of differing makes I have had) and its pleasing not to have to pay a main dealer more than £200 for a service or to have to wait weeks for a courtesy car.
