Sorted out a headlight test failure after the incorrect bulb was fitted by another workshop in town.

Recommended by a friend, took my recently purchased 2007 Honda Civic Ex 1.8 for annual service & MOT.Very helpful & kept me well informed of what was required to pass the MOT. Will definitely return next year.

I have been using Andy Shore Garage for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have always provided excellent service and nothing is too much for them. I have recommended many friends and they too have been very satisfied. I have used them for servicing, MOT and even bodywork. I even drove in on Tuesday as I had run out of screen wash and one of the technicians came straight out and sorted it out ready for my motorway journey. Well done boys, you do a great job!!!!!!!

Bad customer service. Bad diagnoses. Bad attitude. Do yourself a favour and go to another garage.

Awful garage, rude people and they have no respect for customers all they see is the £ signs. I was quoted a ridiculous sum to repair something only to be told by another garage that no such work is needed and the fault with my car was minor and nothing to do with the parts they tried to get me to replace for almost £800. The other lovely decent garage I went to fixed the problem for £50! Also, they told me that my tyres were "illegal and worn"...and they were completely fine! The work I got done on my car here was overpriced and not completely necessary...and being a woman they made me believe it was essential to be done right away. A male friend of mines words were "you've been totally mugged off lovey!" AVOID this garage

Simply put... Never trust this garage they are money makers only.... If you use this garage do so at your peril. what is quoted was vastly under estimated. i put my car in for a service and i know nothing about cars. I thought for a quick service and MOT. i then received an astronomical bill to put things right that i cannot believe were wrong and knowing nothing about cars i had to believe them. I since spoke to another garage that saw my car last year and they could not believe the things they repaired were actually broken. I feel totally ripped off and am not happy. I have no where to turn for advice on this. Also i mentioned this to my uncle whose actual words were.. " if i had known you were going there i would have warned you not too. they overcharge and are not very friendly." So i guess i messed up but i fear for other potential customers who do not really know anything about cars as this garage clearly asses the customer and ask them selves how much can we take this one for!!! Beware is what i would say, i have recommended to ALL my family and friends NEVER go there..

I first went to Andy Shore in November 1977 and am still a customer, a very satisfied customer. He has kept me on the road all that time and I'm now on my eighth vehicle. Every year my vehicles have been serviced, mot'd and repaird when was needed so if anyone wants 1st class service that won't break the bank go see Andy Shore and his team of engineers.
