Having used Buckinghams for over 14 years I would never go anywhere else. They are professional, friendly and above all else honest and reliable. As a woman their service is invaluable. Even when I drop in for a simple thing they never fail to accommodate and sort anything out. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have used this garage for the past 2 years for my car's MOT and service. The staff are friendly and efficient. Communication is very good. The price this year was the same as last year and is great value for money. The work was done in 2.5 hours

I've just purchased an Audi A6 from Buckingham in Woking. I often don't bother writing reviews but had to for this company. I called on Friday afternoon to ask about a car I'd seen advertised on autotrader and found Bradley most helpful, knowledgeable and genuine so I visited the showroom the following morning. I had never bought a car from a garage before but after meeting Bradley and seeing the car in very good condition with a full service history at a reasonable price I realized that this place was a very good one to buy from. I can honestly say you can purchase a car here with confidence knowing that you'll be looked after and if any subsequent problems do occur with the car you can rest assured you'll be dealt with fairly and professionally. It has been a pleasure buying a car from Bradley at Buckingham and have already recommended him to friends. I do realize this review sounds like I have a business affiliation but I don't! - I just believe a good business should be broadcast.

The car bought was mostly ok bar the garish colour. Concerns were raised when the salesman advised us to dismiss VWs recommended timing belt change interval, to base it only on miles despite the car being overdue on time. Next I was assured, at my request, that the v5 would be urgently sent off on purchase.I found out by chance, it was sent a week later meaning delay over Christmas.Concern peaked when the salesperson looked me in the eye to confirm the front tyres were brand new, making a point of leaving the office to check them.They weren’t brand new at all but part worn.These are indisputable facts that we never received any explanation for despite requesting it.Attempts after to contact the sales team were ignored, as for the Manager - all evidence by email. The always unavailable Manager then went on long term sick coincidently, so no explanation was provided for the appalling deceptions.They seem to have no other managerial staff – so Buckinghams is in essence unaccountable at will.

This was a great experience - I fully expected to get the usual "book it in and we will have a look" response and I was wrong. I had a pretty good idea what the problem was - the diagnosis was quickly confirmed, the part ordered and fitted while I waited. I bought the car from a private seller yesterday and I've no doubt I've found the people who are going to be looking after it for me.

Trustworthy family run business with a very professional approach to all aspects of a garage from showroom to car servicing. Highly recommended for a swift service, my car was dropped in the morning and returned to me by midday with a complimentary valet.

Bradley was excellent great service

Having seen all of the positive reviews left for Buckingham VW Audi, I thought it worth the 60 mile round trip to look at a car I'd seen on their website. When I arrived, I was shown the car and was then left for as long as I wanted to look over it in detail myself. There was absolutely zero sales pressure. I was invited to take it for a test drive on my own too - which was also a really good touch. Anyway, I really liked the car so I decided to buy it. A couple of weeks later, the car developed a technical niggle I was a bit concerned about. I called Buckinghams and they asked me to bring the car back in. The next day I got a call from the workshop – they’d been able to replicate the issue, had ordered some parts and were already sorting it out - free of charge. Stress free. Brilliant. It’s so refreshing these days to come across a business that genuinely puts the customer first - and Buckinghams maintain that even after you’ve driven the car away. Buckinghams VW Audi is an exceptional car dealer / workshop and I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been taking my car (Golf GTI MK4) to Buckinghams for servicing / repairs for the last couple of years and am highly impressed with their standard of work. I recently took my car to them as it needed a new gearbox. Alex in the service department went above and beyond to source a more affordable reconditioned gearbox for me, which was fitted and the car was returned to me in just a couple of days. A brand new gearbox would have been at least double the cost so they have done me a really big favour! I have never experienced that level of service from any other garage, and I have used many different ones over the years. I am very happy with their professional, honest and caring attitude towards me as a customer. A huge thank you to all the mechanics and service staff at Buckinghams who have looked after my car and continue to keep it on the road.

I bought my car, Audi Q7 from them and they have been servicing it up to now. They warned me about the parts likely to give in easily and the need for a warranty. I cant be grateful enough for that advice because I have saved myself a lot of money in respect of electronics going tits up. Great service and friendly staff.

I have used Bucking Motors for many years to service both my Passat and my wife's Golf, and indeed bought my wife's last 2 Golfs from them. They have always provided excellent service and value for money.

Was recommended to visit Buckingham's by a family member who has received nothing but the best service over the years. I immediately found a car I was interested in but there was a bit of touch up on the bodywork needed. Dean ensured that they would send this over to the body shop to be repainted inclusive of the selling price. They also serviced and MOT'd so I don't have to worry about that for a year. Really impressed with Dean, Billy and the rest of the team. Looking forward to going back for my MOT next year!

I visited buckinghams recently and purchased a new VW Golf, the staff are very friendly and don’t push for a sale. It was a nice smooth process and the sale went through quickly, the car is in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend this garage to a family member or friend.

i have been a customer of buckingham for the last 10 plus years and have always found them to be customer friendly towards me, the quality of work has always been good and they use vw/audi factory parts which is always a good sign. I have had 4 cars of buckingham mostly mk4 golfs and older passats, they have been high milage but the level of servicing has always kept them running fine.i have recomended my sister inlaw to them and she purchased a touaran and has had no trouble to date just standared servicing costs.

I HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN MY AUDI BACK TO THIS GARAGE WHICH IS WHERE I PURCHASED IT, ID RATHER GO TO BUCKINGHAM THAN A MAIN DEALER OR OTHER GARAGES WHICH ARE NEARER TO ME AS THE SERVICE AND QUALITY I GET IS SECOND TO NONE.

I paid a visit to Buckinhams following an extremely poor service from an other well known local autocentre. Very pleased with the quick resolution of an Engine Management Light issue causing MOT failure on my aging VW. Buckinghams help allowed me to return to the original test centre for a retest resulting in one more years MOT. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate in recommending this garage to a friend.

The team were very helpful to me when I bought my new car. Everything was made easy and I was able to book a test drive within my own time and then come and collect the car in my own time. The sales team assured me I can contact them if I have any issues with the car but all has been good so far. They even replaced the tires for me for free before picking it up. Excellent dealer and I will be going back in the future.

Great servicing and sales team

have been using Buckinghams since 2004 and had 6 cars from them , including my wifes. I especially need my wife's car to be especially reliable and have full confidence in their workmanship. the Audi I had before this one I clocked up over 500 000 km's and it ran like clockwork thanks to the attention of their service team ( wear and tear : 3 x clutches, first two over 120 000 miles ea, 3rd cambelt, first two over 120 000 miles each - professionally fitted and performance speaks for itself. I am a professional kitchen designer and clock up a lot of miles and had no problems over the many years they have and will continue to look after me. really hope a team like that continue to provide the service I have been spoiled by.

I noted some low reviews however I have found this garage to be helpful. I had a service for a VW Golf. a couple of years ago Shorty after that the Cat went and I found excess oil in the sump (according to the manual this can damage Cat's). I complained that I thought they had made a mistake - perhaps putting oil in twice or something and that the damaged Cat was their fault. Although they were not convinced they nonetheless replaced the Cat free of all charges and drained the excess oil. I can't say fairer than that. Based on this good service, last week i bought a used Audi from them and noted several minor paintwork blemishes which they are sorting out. I hadn't noticed a small ding on the bonnet when I agreed the sale. Despite this they have agreed to take a look at that as well. Also it had a long(ish) MoT but they obliged me with renewing it for a whole year at no charge. Lastly, Im not a big fan of car warranties but I claimed on my last one (got my money back) and the new one covers all the ancillaries such as window motors, ECU, sensors etc, excluding consumables and entertainment. At £650 for three years on an Audi A6 Le Mans S-Line I think this might be good value. As a customer I also get discount servicing and concession for low mileage (not due for 18months) so keeping the warranty active will not be a "sting in the tail".

We bought a used VW Polo from them back in 2003 and they've been servicing, repairing and MOTing it ever since. At the time we bought it they warned us about the Polo's dodgy window winding switches, and sure enough the window switches broke, but they fixed them for us as part of the service. When the radio broke they replaced it free of charge. Everything else has been great - they've even given my wife a lift to-and-from the garage on occasion.

Horrible customer services. Bought the car with multiple major and minor faults. MOT failures (MOT passed at their garage). Took the car back to them with all the problems 4 times and they failed to fix anything, always insisting that the car is "fine" or the issues were "fixed". The 5th time they blamed all the issue on me, even the manager got into the car and he insisted it was fine when the car was clearly shaking at idle. Plus many other failures and disgusting customer services. Constant lies and ignorance.

I bought a used car from here 5 months ago and my suspension needed fixing. VW Audi fixed this free of charge. My broke down recently and the garage have told me to get the car to them and they will see about repairing the car or giving me a refund if they are unable to repair it. So far the service department has been able to sort out any issues i have had with my car. Just have to wait to see whether they repair it or give me a refund

Looking to buy car when it was discovered its cam timing belt required renewing. Garage refused to do the work or reduce the asking price. So No Sale.

Bought a VW Golf in Nov 2013 on basis that Buckingham motors had serviced and maintained for previous owner and so could vouch for the history. Car failed 7 times in first 3 months fir various reasons and patched up under the warranty. Final time of issues developing we tried to return defective vehicle we were refused. As they told us they would continue to try to fix. However after we could not keep taking time off work to fix so have had to put up with issues for local journeys and hire cars for longer distances due to lack of reliability. (Engine failure and unrelated electrical failure) 14 months later we are selling the car for scrap.
