Well I really don’t have the words to describe these scammers. Took my car for an MOT after having my mechanic look over it and Halfords check all my lights, as I always do. Well. . . They found about 10 things to fail my car on including the headlights that Halfords had just done minutes before going there. I knew they were scamming me instantly as my mechanic had done a pre MOT check for me, they tried to get me to book my car in and have brake pads, discs done, all 4 wheels weee showing wire and needed replacing. Utter utter lies. After failing and needing all this work done I drove from there straight to a LEGIT MOT garage where of course it passed with flying colours, just an advisory for a chip in my windscreen. To say we will be reporting them is an understatement it won’t only be us it will be the garage that we went to for an immediate pass straight from there that will be reporting them too. They need shut down and arresting, I pray not too many people have fell for these scammers lies. Stay away at all costs.

Date Of Visit: 02/09/2021 Cause Of Feedback: poor work Major service Mr ClutchTeam, I am very disappointed and wants to inform you that 2 days ago,I had my wife’s car major serviced in slough branch. 3rd of Sep on her way to Leicester when she was driving on motorway M69. My wife had to stop the car becz of noisemaking. car’s underneath protect shield came off and hanging under the car. Also she noticed shield was full of oil and oil was dripping on the shield too, she was stuck on motorway for 3-4 hours and waiting for AA attendance to fix the shield, AA service attended the car and notice that oil filter wasn’t tight properly and sheild was fixed temporarily as he said car must go on ramp to get it fixed properly. I want to say,this is very un professional work done by Mr Clutch Mechanic. Also we are smelling DEISEL smell inside of the car. I have got a photos as a proof and I will send you AA attendance receipt. Now tell me who is responsible for that??? Now after this careless action, I’m very Doubtful if you have done a proper job to our car. I need a proper explanation of this incident. I want you to go through again of my car to double check. If Mechanics have done service it properly??? For example Oil changing ,Filter changing ,Brakes fluid ,Radiator water (Coolant) And who will pay for AA attendance?? I called the Mr Clutch and explained the problem I was having with my car. They told me to drop it in at my convenience and they would probably get to look at it the same day or the following day. In less than 2 hrs it was ready for collection. FIXED.

DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE TO GO TO. WHETHER YOU ARE A WOMAN ALONE AND OLDER OR NOT, DISHONESTY OR INCOMPETENCE ARE ALWAYS A FORM OF THIEVERY.

AA Vehicle inspection recommended 9 Essential repairs on my daughter's Renault Espace, most important was cambelt. Took it to Mr Clutch in Slough, who quoted a price half the price that AA thought we would have to pay. Mr Clutch had not seen the AA report but off their own bat made suggestions that covered all of AA points. They also pointed out that there were additional items that the AA report did not identify (tracking, change brake fluid etc) which they fixed. I did not feel they were finding faults that did not really need to be done. So all these items were covered at what I think was an excellent price, as speedily as possible, given the cambelt is a 6 hourjob, and with Really Friendly Service. Importantly, they would not let my daughter drive it away until they were satisfied after a final test drive that all the faults had been rectified. I'll be back!
