I found the staff very helpful. I dealt with Graham who arranged a deal that was right for me.

Fromt window seal trim was broken. Would not repair after £260 warranty paid. Broken part was completely removed and given back to me personally after refusing to pay £53 for replacement seal.

We bought our new car in April. The excellent customer service was second to none We must mention a special thank you to Graham Anderson who was the young man who dealt with our sale. Purchased a used Toyota avensis with full service history. Within a few weeks noticed some problems, airbag light, rusty wheel nuts among other niggles. The airbag light was temporarily fixed but came on again and again. The rusty wheel nuts were not covered under warranty. They treat you like royalty when purchasing the car, but once you have purchased the car they don't want to know you unless they think you will purchase another car in the future. If you want to buy a Toyota use the silverlink or Durham branch for honest staff.
