I've enjoyed the experience of driving the Toyota Hybrid so far (2015-19) The lack of choice when it comes to servicing is much to the advantage of the few garages that are equipped - and they know it! Here in the Tyneside area, the choice is Hodgsons, or travel a huge distance. They don't even use a dedicated station for Hybrid Air/Con risking the serious consequences of PAG oil contamination.

Apart from above this garage goes extra mile in all respects. You are one of the 'family'. Apart from when service is required if I have any query there is always someone there to answer it & during year between services they are always quite happy to check fluid levels

I had my Corolla serviced for 6 years and my Prius for 3 years then i moved away. The cars were reliable so over the 9 services and MOT,s I only had 2 repairs and they sailed through the MOT,s Servicing came with free courtesy car, car wash and cleaned inside .Done on the day booked with phone call when ready. The 3 year service plan I recommend. It came with 3 services a lot cheaper than booking individually,and half price MOT.When there was a half price deal on when I got a service done ,then i got half of the half price. An excellent service department. It,s a pity I moved 150 miles away.

Windscreen on my 6months old Mazda 3 Fastback cracked and they not only assisted me in my contacts with insurance & windscreen suppliers but also lent me a car as I was going away for weekend,which was above & beyond the call of duty. As none of windscreen companies had a replacement as it is a new model they offered to order it on behalf of the windscreen company (offer refused!). My insurance then authorised me to get Hodgson's to order & arrange fitting & once again lent me a car whilst This was done. They always ensure car is returned washed after any visit. All staff go the extra mile as a matter of course to make all contact with them a pleasure.
