A good idea for my Mercedes-Benz annual Service?
The first three annual services were carried out by M-B dealers. The M-B dealers want £520 for the fourth annual service. The local independent specialist could be cheaper but still out of the loop. Much of the schedule of items are things that I carry out on a weekly basis, I change the engine oil and filter every six months and I change the Summer and Winter wheels as required. I am tempted to start doing the annual services myself. Do you think that this is a good or bad idea please?
If you know what you're doing, a good idea. But there will be electronic re-sets that you cannot do yourself.
