I recently bought a Honda CR-V from Norton Way Honda of Letchworth Garden City. Rarely have I had a customer service experience that exceeded my expectations, but this was one. After the sale was concluded there was a seamless transfer to the Service Department. These two gentlemen are a credit to their dealership and to Honda. Call me old-fashioned if you will, but I firmly believe that this is the way business should be done.
