My husband brought a brand new van the customer service was so bad he picked the van up there was no paperwork no manual book for van he took the van home then realised the camera on the back of the van didn't work and wipers didn't work he phoned the garage back and told them the van hasn't been checked they said it's not up to them to check it because it's electric how ridicules they said because there were 30 miles on the van to get it to the garage that it wasn't a new van so all the new cars and vans that sale is not new if they have any mileage on then never heard anything like it would not recommend anyone to buy a car or van from here

I placed an order with WessexGarages, but didn’t receive my order or my money back I recieved this e-mail from Wessex: Good morning – we had replied to an email you sent us many weeks ago regarding this item and our position on it. We have sent this item out and will look into why this has not got with you yet, secondly, we do not normally post internationally so we are confused as to how your order had passed our systems, however on this occasion we decided to post it – allow me to contact Royal Mail and the subsequent mailing companies to see where abouts this item is. This is possibly the worst dealership in the uk which employs uneducated intimidating sales people who are interested only in taking your money. Their interest is only in the "kill" and once they have your money they have no interest. We bought a used vehicle from them and once they had the sale they were not interested. The vehicle was not clean and Nothing they said would come with the car was provided. Collectively there should be a campaign to remove their licences to sell the cars they sell. I would be in favour of collectively contacting the main manufacturers and letting them know how bad this agent is.

have never been treated so badly when buying a £20000 car until now. They assured me the car was available and made me go through the whole finance procedure, and as I knew it would go through so we sent our lease car back. Unfortunately a man told me after the the finance had gone through they had sold the car and then laughed down the phone and said we don't need your service as we sell cars all the time. I was also sent this unprofessional what's app message prior to being told the car was sold. " sorry fella can't sell as it has £500 worth of alloys " I would recommend no one to use this garage and if you do be careful as that was the service I received prior to get to getting a car, could you imagine what their after service is like!!

Went to see a specific second hand car, a 5 hour round trip to gloucester. "Salesman" couldn't be bothered to find out basics of car before we arrived such as how many previous owners, how long they have had it etc. Clearly no preparation went into it, car was filthy - in the photo's it was immaculate. They had 4 hours to prepare it before I arrived. When quizzed them on the issues with the car, was just met with rude and sarcastic responses - I wanted to thump the "salesman". Seemed to think applying WD40 would sort out a stiff door! He clearly didn't know much about cars having only had his own licence for 5 months himself which I personally thought was a joke to admit considering the role. And disappeared constantly throughout the process to speak with other customers who were buying new cars - as that was clearly their priority. Complained and then only got some level of service. Painful to return a holding deposit of £250 took days rather then it being returned on the spot. Biggest joke about the garage - no log books, or service books are kept on site, only scans so i was told, they could scan anything! Asking to see these documents is just met with "its kept in central offices as we are a mulit-million pound company" which makes you wonder why they can't invest in a awesome piece of technology called a "filing cabinet" that houses a magnitude of various documents. Who knows how they sell second hand cars, let alone convince punters to buy new ones. Only providing 1 star as I am unable to not select nothing else. Wouldn't buy a new car from them either...

We have recently bought a 2nd hand car with this garage and soon as it was taken home I knew it wasn't right 10days later there was an engine fault, car loss power, full tank of oli every 2wks! It went in, it was reprogrammed and 30miles later power loss again. I have asked for my money back as we are under 28days and guess what there is lack oj joy. Car is back in again !! This is the 2nd car I have had issues with Wessex. Good luck!
