(Bromley Common Branch) I had been using this garage for some years and although found them helpful I have two serious matters for concern. I had been suffering from oil loss but nothing exceptional. After a service thought I would check underside of car. The sump was covered in oil outside. Decided to change to another main dealer (nearer my home and walking distance) and they said there was a bad leak from the oil heat exchanger. Why was this not picked out on the main service? Also, when replacing the CIM module (I have a Zafira B and they go quite regularly..) they did not bother to re-set all the windows on the one-touch shut function...just poor.
