I used Tutts for the second time today and was really impressed, again. They're a lovely family run business and the service advisor was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The car was ready at the time I requested and it was nice and clean. I'll definitely be using them long term now. Saved around £400 too as it would have been a lot more expensive going to Land Rover

First of all, I'm no keyboard warrior as I feel this is all pointless and never leave reviews because I don't even read them myself; however, I've tried to vent my problems with tutts directly and they couldn't help so here I am giving this a go... I've used this garage 3 times over the past two years and every time they impress me with how unprofessional they are and their lack of respect towards their customers. Despite the work carried out on my car actually being okay (touch wood for now), whilst the prices weren't ridiculously steep for the work either. It comes down to their customer service that is non-apparent and their lack of care towards customers. it started when I received my car back from its MOT last year and I was missing my service book. When I questioned them on this, they said they had looked and it wasn't with them, I then lose my marbles as anyone would and am baffling myself with confusion as to where this could be, this goes on for some time until I reach the point of giving up this had me in some way as throughout the year I was ummmmming and arrrrrring about selling it, with my car being old with high mileage a service book is quite important, so I gave up on that idea and thought I won't sell due to missing documents and I actually quite like my car, but you could imagine my stress. fast forward a year... A YEAR!! and I take my car into Tutts for another standard MOT test as it's convenient and I was too lazy to book it in elsewhere, I take my car in fully knowing il be greeted with more disappointing customer service and just overall negative experience. As I collect my car, I get welcomed to their new version of a sales pitch for a valet.. in other words, tell the customer his car his dirty and hopefully he will pay us for a dodgy clean, (ive had the valet before, bad new, its wasn't great...)this I found disrespectful and damn right rude to approach a customer in this manner. The next week (yesterday) I then receive a phone call telling my good news, they've found my service book... you could gauge my reaction, on one hand, I'm over the moon for it to be found, on the other, I'm damn right furious considering this was the first place I asked over a year ago when it went missing.. I then go In to pick it up the next day (today) and merely explain to them how much despair I was in for a long duration looking for it, and more importantly why was it here when I never actually got it serviced and it had no reason to be here.... and the only answer I could get was... human error, very poor excuse.. a laughable excuse. but by all means, this is just my experience with them, I'm sure, well I hope I'm an anomaly to this garage otherwise lord knows how they keep business,

Used this company exclusively for service of the Golf and BMW 3 series. They are a wonderful family run firm who deal with you as you would wish , are brilliant in all aspects of servicing and diagnostics. Give good advice ,are always friendly, very reasonable prices and you drive away happy. Cannot recommend them too highly.
