Dropped my car off for repair in the morning. In the evening I pass the garage to find my car parked up on a high curb with the boot left wide open and the garage closed up. Took my car back the following morning, MD promised to investigate and get back to me on what happened, no surprise a few weeks later I have not heard from them. If you value your car I would not trust them with a repair.

I had the worst experience of my life. They took 3 weeks to change a wing mirror and they delivered my car with diarrhoea on my back seats. They are disgusting and their customer service is just unbelievable. Stay far.

I took my car to this garage - they did a diabolical job. They did not supply the correct parts, I had to take it elsewhere to have the work corrected. They refused to give me a refund. I will never use this garage again.

I took my C3 for a engine cutting problam and was worried about costing. The Director, who was on the phone was very helpful and explained all the cost in a honest way. He got a memeber of staff to come with me and see what the problem was. The problem was fixed and in the meantime they found another problem and were able to give me a discount on the list price. What more could you ask for from a main dealership. They even called me a week later to see if the car was ok. Citroen garages are rated low in all surveys but this one is top class and in the same league as Japanese garages!
