PLEASE READ THIS before going to this dealership. A few months ago my gearbox and clutch was replaced by Sutton Park. I had a problem with my clutch recently it was squeaking and getting stiff when hot and this would not happen when cold or if it had a long rest. I explained this and managed to secure a time on the evening to show the problem to the technician before leaving to diagnose the next day .At the end of this I was told that the problem was in the clutch area and they would need the car for a week because the gearbox needed to be removed. As a driving instructor and my inability to work in lockdown this was to say the least an inconvenience. However I booked it in and assumed all would be rectified. To my absolute disbelief I was contacted on the 4th day to be advised there was no problem and nothing had been done. I explained that this is why I had arranged to bring it when warm so it was apparent. Even though I was very annoyed by this I suggested I would come down and drive it and then bring it back to examine yet again. I did that and managed to replicate the fault but because the car had been sitting for 4 days it wasn’t quite as bad but still there. To add insult to injury my car had sustained damage while with them so I asked to speak to the service manager. At this point it got even worse. I have never met a more aggressive rude woman in all my life I was told in no uncertain terms she wasn’t interested and would not accept there was a problem or the damage had been done on their premises even though I was told they pay for a lot of damage that happens in their car park, BE WARNED. So I still have the same problem but an additional one of damage to an otherwise immaculate car I now need to rectify. Needless to say I am annoyed and disgusted by Renault Sutton Park Coventry.

Extremely poor customer service! Most definitely do not recommend this company. Have been leasing cars from a huge range of suppliers over the past 20 years. Car provided by sutton park group went in for it's first service last Saturday. No locking wheel key present. Contacted sutton park group and was promised a call back on the Monday. No call back until I rang repeatedly myself throughout the week. Today I get a call back and get told the car has been signed as complete so there's nothing they can do. The woman I spoke to Jenny Greenway insisted the driver would have shown us the key in the boot upon delivery. It was pouring with rain on delivery the driver did not even open the boot at all! Every response was met with another suggestion to misplace blame. I can say with absolute certainty that a key was not provided with the car, but the customer being made out to be a liar is completely unreasonable. If we had lost the key I'd have already ordered another!
