Our car got Safe CP sign and taken to Slough Audi for checking , and was to told it's computer problem which they needed time to fix. After more than a week waiting we were told it's fixed, but the sign came back again. Then they asked us to take car in and told us it's fixed again after a few days waiting. Again the sign came only a week. Again they asked us to take car back, which they kept the car for more than two weeks. Still the sign cane back after one day we were told it's fixed. We have paid more than a thousand pounds to Sloigh audi for this single sign and brought back of the car three times. Spending so much without sorting out the problem. Frustrating. Now they asked me to bring the car back them again. All people know the situation told us Do Not Trust Slough Audi any more. They cannot sort out technical problem but do simple MOT. We should get the payment refund but they rwfto refund.

We when into this garage to but a new car they :- 1 offered us 1,500 less on a part exchange than another Audi garage. 2. Wanted 3000 more for their car than an exact same car at another Audi garage. When roof of the over charging was given the sales manager said you had better to to the other garage And we did, we pick up our new car soon.

I have now used this dealer garage belonging to the Sytner Group for several years and have only good things to say about them whether for buying or servicing. They are friendly, all staff very competent, work hard to rectify problems on the car, provide a car while work being done if required, in spite of being a main dealer can be competitive on price and are certainly good value for money. In nearly 60 years of motoring one of the best if not the best garage used.
