I had not used this garage for probably 10-years, but when my normal main dealer could not service my vehicle when I wanted I thought I’d give them a try. I was pleased I did. When I arrived at the garage there was plenty of room to park in the designated area near the main door into the building. I was welcomed at the door and shown to the gentleman in service; everyone was very courteous and helpful. I explained that my car was in for service and I wanted them to check the air condioning as I didn’t think it was working as it should. They also offered a free wash and vacuum which was good. During the morning the service representative rang me and explained that my a/c needed a new unit as it had been damaged by a stone or similar, we agreed a price and I gave them the go ahead. I arrived 45-minutes before the set time for collection and I was pleasantly surprised that the car was ready. I settled the bill and the service representative showed me to my car which almost looked like new. I was very pleased with the service I received.
