Very helpful over the phone, but they changed their minds once they saw the colour of my skin. The mechanic was trying to help with my issue, but the manager decided that they could no longer help me.

I had a great experience with garage and felt their advice was accurate and appropriate. Communication was clear and concise and the work undertaken was good value for money when compared with other garages in the area. The MOT fail and advisory items were shown to me in person and the options for repair were explained, prioritised and quoted for in advance.

I gave this garage one last chance following previous dishonest behaviour on my car. They removed screw from the middle of a tyre and lied saying they had volcanised the leak. I took it to a different tyre shop following it going flat and my wife driving on it and shredding the tyre. When they went to fit the new tyre they say the tyre had not been repaired at all! No internal signs that it had been volcanised. Very dodgey garage. Charged me for removing a screw which then left my wife stranded late at night. New tyre cost me £95 but all it needed was fixing. These guys are crooks!!! Do not take your motor her unless you want to be ripped off and conned. 0 stars if possible

Stay away from this Garage.. I sent my car in to find out what was wrong, they asked me to call back in 10 minutes when I asked what was wrong. I called back and they said they still didn't have a clue & I was passed from person to person. I was then informed that they had tried multiple different things to find out what was wrong. After paying for the service I was told my the rude lady on the service desk that they only tried one part and it 'seemed' to fix it so they just left it. To top it off the seat of my car was ripped by one of the workers. I advise any potential customers to stay well away.

Had multiple tyres fitted through blqckcircles. They were fitted, however no balancing was done. On the customer check list wheel balancing was ticked. No weights on the wheels at all. Previously on mot's this garage have change light bulbs that were working on delivery to site. Do not use for air con either. They don't do it properly. Reduced temp slightly in 2014 from 8 degrees down to 6 degrees. I had to get it done again this year. Used a decent company who use a greater amount of liquid and suction for 45 mins and now it's icy cold. 1 degree temp now it been done correctly. Avoid this garage however convienent! I would give a rating of -5 but it is not possible
