Other review are very accurate. Got toed by RAC to garage. Had car for 3weeks before got a call quoting me £475. Approved work. Got call 2 or 3 weeks after. Engine still not starting. Might be another £1300+ another £400 for something I wasn't quite sure of. Was also told my window got broken overnight but fixed, as there was broken glass in car. At which point I've had enough of their nonsense. Got car on a recovery truck, literally went down the road to Turkish/Pakistani guys, and they got it going for £345 including parts, labour and VAT. Engine runs even better than it did before!! Getting RAC Approved is clearly very easy.

?AVOID? ??AT ALL COSTS!?? Shocked at the service I received. Car was kept for 4 weeks and when it was finally returned it had scratches on the bodywork and new issues and rattling. When I went to raise the issue I was told by the receptionist that “that she wasn’t meant to be working that day and can I call back next week!”…imagine getting your car back 4 weeks later , £300 more expensive , with scratches and new issues which happened in their care….to be told, it’s not convenient to complain today, call back another day…. ?? USE A LOCAL COMPETITOR FOR PEACE OF MIND!

worst garage i have ever used went in for repair for injectors seals leaking when collect to find 2 new problems i never had before repair called garage book it in again didnt hear from garage all day i called late afternoon they said they haven't looked yet they were busy even no i had been booked in they check problem next day! then again never hear from garage all day i called again and still hasnt been check then asked me to pick van up without checking there repair leaving me stuck with 2 new problems i asked old secretary to speak to manager before passing me through manager she said my manager mike said called you a d--k then passed me on to him, i said was that that necessary he said yes you are followed by other swear names i cannot repeat on this review then he started threatening me saying he will be waiting for me when i collect car! i reported matter to police and ombudsman service and still on going. when i went to collect car second time round mike was no where to be seen just the rude old secretary i asked why she thinks its acceptable to call her customer names she replied my manager mike told me her to say it with a smirk on her face when leaving she called me d--k again 6 the mechanics was surrounding me staring bullying tactics to intimidate me i have video recorded of and has been provided to ombudsman and trading standards. i find the family run garage terrible disgusting manors and left me with new problems without check here repairs when leaving got into my van to find another problem key wouldn't turn in ignition at all and was fine when dropped it off i after being checked by two other garage that give reports showing purpose damage was caused to key . i would avoid this garage like the plague

I was taken to this garage by RAC when I broke down on the motor way on my way back to London. They bent over backwards to get me back on the road on the same day, gave me a quote of the work the RAC man thought it might be but as it had not been on the ramp this was not confirmed. they drove us to a local pub so that we could have something to eat whilst waiting and when they called to say it was ready they work they had to do was £250 less that the first, unconfirmed quote. They then picked us up from the pub. I could not have been happier or more grateful. If I lived nearer I would never use another garage.
