"Good reliable servicing"

Prepared the car well ready for my purchase, spending what would have been around £1200 servicing price on it. They put 4 new good quality tyres on it (Bridgestone), serviced and MOT the car, changed brakes and discs. In the 3 years since, have only had to buy new tyres and normal servicing costs. It is only now, 3 years later, that I have had to spend my own money on replacement discs and brakes. They come and collect the car for servicing though I live some 40 miles away. Pleased with them.

"Norton Way Honda used to be good, but their customer service has hit rock bottom in my view."

I've used Norton Way for 7 years now. For the first few years the Honda dealer and garage was super efficient and I had no complaints. But the last 2 or 3 years their service is very poor. It is not only Honda, but the Mazda dealer next door as well. Last year my Mazda was booked in at the Mazda dealer, but because of over booking they serviced it in the Honda garage, which is fine, but it took several weeks for my service record to be updated, and then only when I noticed it was missing. Last year my Honda was booked in for an MOT and Service, it failed the MOT before it was serviced, odd. I replaced the offending tyres, but I assumed they would replace these before the test. It had to be retested, this delayed the return of the car. This year again with Honda, the car was booked for a service, and a mechanic was ill, so it was delayed till the next day, luckily we had a courtesy car. I also asked them to check my malfunctioning AC, which resulted in " working at the time of test" as a comment. Well, the AC worked fine for me every day until having driven 10 miles and the car was warmed up, where upon it failed, in this summer heatwave we're having in 2018. We booked the AC in for an investigation, which resulted in a quote for £800 to repair it. So we booked it in again for a later repair. And that's today. QUite frankly the last straw. I've just been called by the dealer, having booked the car in this morning. The parts are on back order. So I have to re book the car in after the 31 July. I've also noticed they no longer wash and vacuum the cars after a service. This will be the last time I use this dealer. I will travel further to avoid them.

"Provides excellent service"

We have purchased 2 No. Honda CRV's & 1 No S2000 from Norton Way Honda. The service by Norton Way Honda of these cars and two other Honda cars purchased elsewhere has been exemplary. Cost of service for 08 reg CRV for 5 years was only £500 up front. After hard bargaining swaped 09 Reg S2000 for a new CRZ last November 2010 as always very pleased with this dealers sales & service departments. Cost of service for CRZ for 4 years was only £500 up front. These service costs are very good value considering the excellent Main Dealer service provided. Cars can be arranged to be collected for service/MOT from work/home if required. Insurance excess for courtesy cars is only £250 if experienced driver.

"Efficient, helpful and on-time"

This is my regular servicing/MOT dealership for my Mazda 3 (2006/55 Reg 1.6 petrol saloon/TS2) - most often the annual service comes in below the quoted price (e.g. not adding unrequired top-ups etc). Staff very friendly and the work is done on time and to a very good standard. No nasty surprises on the MOT (i.e. "new" problems arising "during" the service); only one small problem with the car (rear passenger window stuck closed) which was fixed free of charge during a previous service (reset electronics I think). I had the battery replaced about 9 months before (due to the car being unused for a long time, not a problem with the battery) - much cheaper than other dealerships/garages.
