On arrival 8:35 I asked for a detail explanation of what was going to be done and how much, when told that is was £410 for a 2 hour service i said i wouldn't pay £410 for 2 hour service. They reply by saying that they had made a mistake and it would take a lot longer than 2 hours. I phone to see how the service was progressing late afternoon and was told twice that the car was still being worked on. When i collected the car i asked again what had been done i was shown a sheet of paper and told it all there. When i looked it was main inspection very little parts replaced. I asked again how long did the service actually take and they replied 2 hours. I said that i had made it clear i was not happy to pay £410 for a 2 hour service and she reverted quickly saying sorry i made a mistake it was a lot longer but not sure how long. I decided to check my Dash Cam footage and found that they had not even start looking at my car until 15:39 and was finished by 16:14. Disgusted I called and left a message to speak to the service manage Dan Spence who called me back said he would look into it and let me know. As you can guess he never called back and every time i called he was busy. Finally got to speak to him he just said that the cost of the service i signed to say i would pay it and the length of service time had nothing to do with the cost. They only spent 35 minutes carrying out a 4 year service and charged me £410, telling me that labour was the reason for the cost. They did clean the car but that was done with little attention to detail.
