The owner is a very friendly and honest guy. His work is first-class and he doesn't charge the earth. I'd sooner pay a little extra anyway in the knowledge I'm getting such great service. Also, he's only 5 minutes walk from Sutton station.

I have used Mark at Marlow Motors in Sutton SM14RP quite a few times now. I feel it is important to say that I have 3 years of motor mechanics education under my belt. Each time I have taken a car or van to Mark I have been totally amazed at the high level of honesty, the speed of his Diagnosis and the affordable cost I have been charged.” I recently took a van to Mark that I was interested in purchasing, Mark Completed a full Diagnostics check and a MOT without Charge, “needless to say I was totally blown away and grateful. Mark strikes me as an honest hard working mechanic. As a result of the above I cannot recommend Marlow Motors enough. A Big and Special Tank you To Marlow Motors.

Rated 0 because due to the poor customer skills my car was in the garage with zero result.Initially I have booked for Thursday, but asked if I can drop it on Wednesday.The guys said I could do it.I have assumed that this meant my car could be looked at on Wednesday providing some cancellations would happen.Dropped car in on Wednesday morning and called in later in the afternoon to see if they had a chance to look at it.Mechanic spoke to me like I was a child and said that since I booked for Thursday they did not look at it. On Thursday afternoon my wife called in to check.She was under impression car was booked in for Wednesday however due to the miscommunication between me and her.Instead of calming down the situation, mechanic said car possible could be done by Friday (er?). This ended up in the conflict and instead of managing it and speaking to me (as it was me who was a customer) the mechanic let it escalate. Later I have called the garage to speak with the mechanic.He was very agitated and emotional.I think it would beneficial for him to learn some conflict resolution skills.He may be respectable for what he does to the cars but his people skills need serious adjustment.

I discovered this garage whilst walking round the local area in the last few years. After having a good local garage where I lived for 30 years I was pleased to find a nice looking place nearby. I have used them for MOTs (they are agents not testers so they charge extra to arrange and take it to the MOT station), I have had repairs done and been shown the old parts and generally I find the staff, helpful, friendly and understanding.
