I thoroughly recommend this outfit based upon my recent experience (13th Jan 2021). The iDrive on my BMW was playing up and constantly re-booting. I discussed this with Mindaugas over the phone and received a helpful breakdown of what was likely to be wrong. Having booked in I received a call within an hour diagnosing the problem. Within a couple of hours the system had been through a full diagnostic check and all software upgraded by Arthur. Other faults were detected and put right in the price. Text received to say the car was ready to collect. Reasonable costs and friendly professional service.

OVERALL Michael was well versed in things BMW and explained that the car I had purchased was in good condition and that at some point in the next year I should see a light to change the brake fluid. The car was an 11 year old 1 series. I was in need of the inspection as I had bought it from a dealer I was not 100% trusting of. So an inspection was a priority. I paid £60 or an hours labour for it. Overall I thought KMK were ok. They did work on a friends car that took longer to ID a problem than expected but they fixed the car in the end. I think they are ok. It was hard to get through on the phone but this is almost a one man band.

Bad organisation and horrible customer service, avoid this workshop if you value your time. After enquiring over e-mail, I got a confirmation from Mindaugas that I would be able to drop of my car on a specific date for next day service. When I arrive, they have no record of my booking to which I show them my e-mail confirmation and ask whether they can slot me in another day of the week and tell them that I am flexible. The reply is "Sorry, we do not have anywhere to leave the car, it is better to telephone in next time to really get a confirmation". I think any reasonable person would understand that unless this situation is sorted out asap, there would not be any next time. Not this guy, I have to give him a hint that this is really bad and point out that I basically wasted 2 hours taking time off work, driving there etc. The next reply was "You can call the boss, Mindaugas, perhaps he can help you". I had to think really hard for a second, do I really want this person to touch my car and came to the conclusion that it probably deserves better and left. If I could leave some advice, keep employees who act as owners. Mistakes happens and are a great opportunity to show pro-active leadership but clearly this guy wasn't bothered. Perhaps he is a great mechanic, I will never know, however I highly doubt that he will ever care for another persons car and give you the best service. Hint: get rid of him.

Went in with a potential timing chain issue after dealerships quoted expensive diagnostic prices and 48 hr turn around times. Booked in with Michael and was seen swiftly, mechanic put my mind at rest just listening to the car. Was open about diagnostic price which was substantially cheaper than a dealer, found the problem and chatted to Michael about pricing and gave the go ahead. All work done and back on the road in half a day. This is how all garages should be. I will be going back.

Always willing to listen to the customer and suggest a course of action. Very knowledgable and can do a range of services , including 4 wheel laser tracking. The owner Micheal takes the calls and passes booking direct to the garage. Its a small 2 ramp outfit , but clean and well equipped. I have been a few times with my 13 year old BMW z4 and always come away feeling they appreciate cars and my business in equal measure.Its a labour of love for them, and at £60 per hour its a about half of nearby main dealers.
