Can’t thank these guys enough. Marco and Alex did a fantastic job, I spotted a deal in another Inchcape dealer and they went out of there way to secure a vehicle for me. Delighted with my defender and the service even with COVID restrictions,simple, fast and effective. 110 Already been put to work, the flat loading bay is brilliant never thought I could get fence panels inside.??. Thanks once again for a great vehicle, great service and lovely little touches with the video updates. PS could not resist adding the bonnet sticker immediately.

Too long a story to write up. Booked car in for service. Had it for a day and didn’t even bother to service it. They apologised but wasted a day of my life. Then tried to make me feel like they were doing me a huge favour of replacing 3 x £7 lenses as a gesture of goodwill. The fault was reported twice during the warranty period but they wouldn’t look at it then. Would never go back and reading all these reviews on the net, nor would a lot of others.

I booked my vehicle in to Hunters in Chester 2-3 weeks in advance; I would be travelling from north Wales to have significant repairs done and needed a courtesy car to return to north Wales to work which I booked over the telephone when scheduling the work. The quote for the work was around £1,000. I arrived at the designated time - c9.30am - to be informed there were no courtesy vehicles available and that I should have ordered one when I made the booking! The person who dealt with me offered no solution to the problem and made no concession to the fact that he could be mistaken. I got in my car and returned home; stopped on the way and booked the vehicle in to another garage who undertook the work efficiently, quickly and more cost-effectively. Received follow-up call from Hunters conceding they had listened to a recording of my phone call and I did indeed book a courtesy car. Too late then I'm afraid; I was back in north Wales. The service was belligerent and I was made to feel as though I was in the wrong; I can't recommend this garage nor the shoddy customer service they display. I am still receiving text messages marketing there services; why when a customer is so clearly never going to use them again?

Spend £500 on a car service and find that the next service due settings have not been set... Happened on previous service also. Reluctantly provide loan car,no fuel in it and takes them 30 minutes to find the keys. Part of the Inchcape group who use text message follow ups but when you send a reply they don't bother to follow up. Moral of the story, although it is more convenient for me to go to Chester for car servicing,I think I will take my business back to supplier dealer,Shukers of Shrewsbury as there service is fantastic.
