I had issues with my Audi TT tdi, which were related to the turbo. I had already spent £680 at another repair shop withoput getting a proper fix. John Roberts diagnosed correctly and found the fault, and fixed it the same day. I will definitely use them in the future and do not hesitate to recommend them to V.A.G. car owners.

First visit to this garage for a routine service. Staff were courteous, efficient and professional. Work was completed and the car ready for collection at the agreed time. Car was also washed and vacuumed at no extra cost. Very pleased with the service I received both when booking the car in and collecting it. I will certainly use this garage again.

Did everything I wanted with no fuss, on time, and at the cost agreed. Staff in the office were knowledgeable and helpful.

Had a problem with my electric window, Late afternoon, able to leave veh at garage For repairs to be done. Helpful staff put my Mind at ease, as my car would be secured In the garage overnight, as I was due in Hospital early the next day, Staff then text Me with the update that the window had been Repaired & ready for collection, great service With customer friendly staff.

Fantastic garage for repairs, service and MOTs. Always helpful and accommodating. A little pricey but well worth it.

FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY AND QUICH TURN AROUND

I have been here before and as not knowing much about engine's and mechanics these guy's explained everything to me they kept in touch through the process of my clutch getting fixed they even took me home when I delivered the vehicle can't recommend them enough as I have dealt with other garages in the Wrexham area they aint got nothing on these guy's thank you for a brilliant service keep up the good work ;)

I've been taking my car to this garage for a few years now, I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest. They are honest, fair, willing to take the time to explain what the problems are and what any other options are, always call to keep you informed of what's going, and are all polite, friendly and professional. I trust them and their work completely.

Service and mot test all done at a reasonable price

The garage changed a timing belt on my Peugeot. They priced the job correctly and sensibly, and were polite throughout. What's more, the mechanics in the largish work areas looked as if they enjoy their job. Courtesy cars are available,or one of the staff will run you anywhere and then pick you up when the job is done.

I had a squeak on mybrakes and took it into this garage as it was nearest to where i was working . they removed the wheels and told me needed pads and discs . This to me set off alarm bells as I have heard of people being told they need discs when they just need pads., however, they took me to the car took out and showed me the pads were on the metal and then showed me the depths of the discs compared to what they should be . This give me piece of mind that I was not getting ripped off and surprisingly they spoke to me like a normal human being not condencending as I have experienced with garages in the past. I was also impressed at the cleanliness of this garage and the friendliness this showed.

We own a 55 reg VW Golf which we have run since new and now have nearly 80,000 miles on the clock. There was a grating noise from the front wheels which turned out to be corrosion in the brake discs. You would have thought that the obvious route would be to replace discs and pads...well not at John Roberts VW specialists,because there is plenty of life left in the pads, they cleaned up the brakes and advised to see how we get on.... It is refreshing to go to a garage and not to be relieved of money when money doesn't need to be spent! For all VW owners in the Wrexham area,avoid Dane Wrexham and try out John Roberts...you won't be disapointed

I HAVE USED THIS GARAGE FOR A LONG TIME NOW FOR ALL MY NEEDS AS HAS MY SON. FOR SERVICING & M O T. THE SERVICE IS IN MY VIEW IS SECOND TO NONE. THE INTEREST BY ALL THE STAFF IS GREAT. IT HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST IN THE AREA.
