Should have been a simple job, car wouldn't start. Instead of checking the atlernator, they just replaced the battery, which was two years old, and guaranteed for 5 years, with a cheap and nasty one. Inevitably the cheap one failed the next day, since the alternator was still not working. The garage ended up returning and replacing my high quality battery but incredibly still try to make out that they were in the right, and it was purely coincidence that the alternator failed the day after. In summary, the customer service is as low as the customer service skills, and the integrity of the owner, all score 0/10
