"Rubbish and will damage your car"

#Beadles Dartford The worst company I’ve ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with! The worse customer service ever and managers that just lie. I bought a brand new Polo from Beadles Dartford and included every possible extra so not a cheap car. When the car arrived I was told I had to collect the car within 7 working days so I send back my lease car and went to collect this car. When I arrived to collect the car it was in a complete state. Definitely not a new car finish. The car was so dirty it looked like it had been through a rally stage. It also had a dent in the front bumper and stone chips and small scratches across the bonnet like the bonnet had been washed with a scouring pad or a sponge with stones in and also a dent on rear bumper and the paint all over the car felt like car hadn’t been sprayed properly. I paid lots extra for this colour! It also had delivery stickers across the roof that had to still be removed. This car was far from being a new car !! I’ve had better condition 5 year old cars but obviously was still paying a brand new price. They even messed up every bit of paperwork by having all my details wrong and even sent the log book to the wrong address. But when I collected the car I went to reject it but the manager told me they would pay another garage to repair and fix all the problems with this car!! So I collected the car on this understanding but it was a complete lie!! When I got them the bill they refused to pay the invoice and only wanted to pay for a cheap mobile repair service that I refused due to the finish should be like new. Not just cheap for their benefit. So I refused a cheap repair and asked for £1000 compensation that they refused. I then asked for a service package as compensation and they refused. I threatened to take this to court but the manager said I would just get laughed out of Court I don’t understand how by the way they have treated me. I then went back and said repair my car and give them a date weeks in advance! They said they would fix this but didn’t come back to me with a date or try and phone me. They now ignore all my messages. I believe that they were never going to repair this car as the issue have been going on for months.

"Awful service damage vehicles"

found that garage manager changed his story several times on where work was carried out (regarding garage damage to my vehicle) and would not accept clear evidence of damage they had caused to my vehicle.They were unable to diagnose problem promptly with roof problem causing excessive charges for diagnostics. Paid significantly more than I should have and now have to pay a substantial amount to clean the oil which they accept they have caused which covers the whole of the interior of the camper van (even when you fold down the sunscreens) and on the roof panels. Damaged pillar by vent which will cost a substantial amount to repair and must be done as it is unsightly. Photographs of van show that this was perfect when leaving at garage. Also must mention had a working computer control panel that was broken while with them. They also dispute this. Paid over £800 for a replacement asked for control panel back (which they allege they do not open) however sad to find that warranty strips had been opened and plastic clips on side. (All photographed at time of receiving for evidence)

If you are prepared to wait some three to four weeks to have your car inspected under warranty for a fault that has arisen, no problem! And that is only the inspection part. You then have to make another all day appointment to have it fixed as they do not carry parts. Not too bad. However, as happened last year, you turn up on the designated day to find that they forgot to order the part! No worries, you can wait another week and lose another day when you should be at work to again arrive and get it fixed. Well almost. oh dear. Your air conditioning is now not working. No worries, wait until it needs servicing and we will sort it. Ok, another full day, dropping your car off at 8am and picking it up at between 5pm and 6pm. Did I mention that they did not have a courtesy car to offer you? Well, if that is what you consider "service", feel free to go ahead and book it in. Good luck. Or do what I did. Sell the car and get another make so that you don't have to deal with them.

Having purchased a Polo 1.2.for my daughter, the car wasn't ready when we called to collect it. The red lot petrol gauge was on empty, the spare tyre had not beeb put back in, the front grille was chipped as was the front windscreen. Adam Mander's customer service was appalling, rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone
