Should I have my Ford Fiesta's cam belt changed at its next service?
I own a Ford Fiesta 1.25 and have driven just under 55,000 miles. The car's booked in for the 60,000 mile service at the end of this month, but I was hoping if you could tell me when the cam belt should be changed and what the cost would likely be from a Ford main dealer.
You don't say how old it is, but if it's six years old or more then, though these belts don't have a history of premature failure, changing it would be a wise precaution.
