Does brake fluid need changing every two years?

My garage informs that my brake fluid should be changed every two years. Is this necessary and will it affect my warranty if I choose not to have it done?
It needs to be tested for moisture and contaminants every year from year 2 onwards, but does not need to be changed unless there is excessive moisture or if it's otherwise contaminated.
