Should I get my Range Rover Evoque serviced by an independent garage to save money?
My wife has owned a 2012 Range Rover Evoque petrol from new and it's only done about 20,000 miles. To date, we have always had the car serviced by a Land Rover dealership. Is it wise to continue to have the car serviced by the dealership or should I look to have it serviced by an independent garage? The dealership is quoting £430.
£430 isn't huge for a four year or five year service. But this has a Ford 2.0 Ecoboost 240 engine and anyone familiar with Ford will know the engine. They won't necessarily know the drivetrain, though, and parts of that may need special treatment.
