Does my new Fiat Multijet really need all these extras for its 12-month service?

11 months ago I bought a new Fiat Multijet and as it is nearing its 12-month service I have received a letter from the dealer recommending all sorts of extras they say I need. For example, do I need to be charged £35 to have my water checked for antifreeze? Being a woman I haven't a clue. Do I have to go to a main dealers for my servicing?

Should just need a basic service costing about £120. You do not need any of the extras at such a young age.
