Should I get the cam belt replaced on my Volkswagen Golf before selling it?

I'm planning on selling my 2010 Golf 1.6 TDI DSG privately in around four months time. By then the car will have approximately 75,000 miles on the clock and has a FSH. I can get the cam belt replaced for £380 at a local Volkswagen garage. Is it worth getting the belt changed before selling? The scheduled replacement is at 80,000 miles.
Needs timing belt, tensioner, waterpump and aux belt all at the same time. In my view already overdue.
