When should I replace the cam belt on my Skoda Yeti?

My Skoda Yeti had a cam belt and water pump changed five years ago at 48,000 miles. I haven't used the car much over the past two years, but at 78,000 miles (and five years later) my local garage is advising another belt and pump change. Is this reasonable advice?
The belt and water pump should be changed every five years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). It reads like your local garage is giving you good advice. The belt, pulley, tensioner and water pump will all have suffered age-related wear and tear over the past five years. I would get it changed now.
