I'd dump all four tyres and replace them with Michelin Cross Climates that both ride and feel better, have obvious benefits in mud and snow and no penalty in fuel economy or wear rate. Your engine is overdue a timing belt, tensioner and waterpump replacement for which a Fiat dealer charges a mere £300 + VAT, so consider taking it to a Fiat dealer instead of a Ford dealer. Probably also needs an a/c regas. And maybe other bits and pieces such as new spark plugs, new pollen filter, new wiper blades, etc.
