Despite driving in a 'DPF friendly' way my 2010 RAV4 SR150 auto has a blocked DPF at 67000 miles which won't regenerate. Toyota won't cover this want £1800 approx to replace. Is it worth trying Terraclean or Ceramex and if so, which is best?
It will be blocked with ash, the eventual fate of any DPF Ceramex offers a DPF cleaning service for about £300. Have had some positive reports. As far as I knew, Terraclean was an engine fuel system and valves cleaning service, not DPF cleaning.
