Should I have the cam belt changed on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe?

My 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe has been main dealer maintained from new and has been exceptional in every respect. It is now coming up for its next service at 70,000 miles and the cambelt has never been changed. The dealer advises that this does not have to be done until 100,000 and this concerns me. Is this realistic or should I have it changed at the next service?
The 2.2 R-Type diesel engine fitted to the Santa Fe from 2010 model year is chain cam. So just keep the oil clean and you will never need to replace it. All KIAs and Hyundais are now chain cam, but the 2006-2009 Santa Fe was belt.
