Some little while ago I bought a new LHD Jaguar XF from Stratstone, Slough and took it back to France. It was an absolutely brilliant car that developed a minor technical issue that was fixed under warranty when next back in UK. Unfortunately the problem returned and the issue was again addressed but without success. Jaguar then asked if I would leave the car with them for thorough investigation and offered me a replacement XF to take back to France and use until mine was fixed. They would then deliver my car back to me by covered trailer and take back the loan car. As I had a second car in France and needed to return to the UK fairly shortly I asked if they would instead fly me home to France and then back to pick up the car plus ferry costs back to France - which they did. Throughout everyone at Stratstone, Jaguar Cars, and elsewhere were helpful, friendly, efficient and informative, in short, brilliant; truly a model of how after sales service should be. And the car? Problem solved and drives like a dream.
