Mileage incurred during a service - is this correct?
I have a 2013 Audi TT RS Plus that recently went into the local dealership for its first service - a 9000 mile oil change. When I collected the car I noticed that it had done 17 miles since I dropped it off that morning.
Would you consider this excessive for an oil change service, or has someone from the service department been for an "enthusiastic" road test in my car?
Someone has obviously 'road tested' it, yes. Ask the service manager why this was necessary and demand to know the exact date and time and name and address of that person in case of any camera PCNs requiring you to identify the driver.
