I've heard so many bad reports about dealers in the North East - I am worried - does anyone any recommendations of a good (cheap) dealer in the North East of England? This will be the first service for my S-MAX so when the service is done the software on the on board computer needs updating - cant seem to find out what software is in (to check that it has been done) or some idea if there is an update available Rang both Ford customer care and Ford customer relations but they tried but could not find out (got the technical info centre number 0906 5533447 but that's a premium rate £1 a minute number and based on the fact that other people in Ford don't know, may be wasting my money?
