Using mineral oil instead of synthetic - problematic?
What penalty or problems will there be if a car for which it is recommended that synthetic or semi-synthetic oil is used is given 'normal' oil on an oil change?
Assuming it's the right SAE, you'll need to change it after 3,000 miles or so. If it isn't the right SAE your engine could seize.
