I thought I should make you aware of the excellent way in which Sonnauto of Gloucester handled my friend's situation. He ordered a new car, then had a heart attack that left him fighting for his life on a life support machine. On his behalf, I contacted Sonnauto to try to cancel his order. To their immense credit they refunded his deposit the same day and the following morning the refund slip was on the doormat, along with some comforting words for his wife. They deserve a gold star.
