I was due to go on holiday and the car had a problem. I called the garage and explained this. They got me in the next morning and fixed it in time for my holiday.

Stockport Williams after Sale customer care service are very rude and disrespectful and VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING...Especially their Head of Business James Flanagan. I have written so many emails, letters but no solution has been given, I feel like I have been ripped off even they are forcing me to talk Solicitors. Please be aware of them

Been coming to this garage 8 years it used to be benhams who were outstanding since Williams took over and changed all the staff it's terrible the service manager is as smarmy as they come nobody in the desk has a clue about any cars never mind BMW , four times for separate things the messed up and charged me numerous trips down there like I have nothing better to do . Please don't use this shambles of a garage .

"Great service in identifying a repeating engine malfunction problem and obtaining contributions from MBW and service manager."

I have a five year old BMW 320i M Sport. When an engine malfunction warning light appeared I took it into my BMW dealers Williams of Stockport. A sensor was replaced. The warning light reappeared. I took it in again and two more sensors were replaced. The bill had now come to £600. The warning light reappeared yet again. This time Williams worked on the car for a whole day and found another expensive piece of kit which required replacing. On collecting the car the bill was £900. The representative told me that he had contacted BMW and explained that although the car was five years old it had done less than 30,000 miles. Also, he told them I was a loyal customer who had bought several BMWs from Williams. He asked them in the light of this would they make a contribution. They did - £500. He then spoke to Williams’ maintenance manager who contributed another £200. The result was that I had a bill for less than £200. On top of this I was given a free courtesy car for the day.
