Their Service Manager is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their technicians seem to take a real interest, and are determined to resolve complex problems. Extremely pleasant Reception, who really take trouble to keep you informed of progress with repairs or servicing. Although a Dealer garage, I have always found their pricing to be fair, and they take care not to run up the bill with unnecessary work. The sort of team one can develop a long term relationship with, and build trust and confidence.
