Vehicle Accident Repair Centre Ltd

My car went in for repair here through my insurers. The car was returned to me with a completely different shade - my car silver, re-spray was dark grey, noticeable from 100 yards away, I refused the car, it came back with the shade a bit better but with lines on the respray area, the third time, still lines but I accepted the car back because I needed it and their hire car is not helpful! Upon driving my car some distance I noticed power performance issues and the radio/nav kept turning itself off. Diagnosed by independent engineer as an ECU problem! Not only can these repairers not do a sufficient spray job, but their mechanics are obviously inefficient as well. I received no explanation as to how the car could have left the workshop in such a shoddy state. To add insult to injury, they fine me an inflated amount for a Toll crossing which I was told NOT to pay because they pay it and any crossings would come off my card at the end of the hire period. Completely inefficient in every way.
