Big dispute damaged my tyre sensor then expect me to pay and get sorted. Claiming cost of damage and loss of earning. Still in dispute. Customer service rude and unhelpful. Very disrespectful towards me. Thinking legal action

I ordered some tyres on for my caravan online. Firstly there isn't an option of ordering them without putting in a car registration number so I put my own car reg and carried on. I put in the correct size, speed load etc and the website gave me only 3 tyres to choose from I chose the most expensive for extra load and mobile fitting. I emailed Tyres on the Drive to tell them it was for a caravan and not a car. The fitter came and refused to fit stating I had a 95H load and not a 96N. I called the office and they said they would get back to me. Which they never did. I called again and they said they had the correct tyres for me 96n I asked why they weren’t offered on the website to me when I ordered the tyres, he just said I'm looking at them now?? The 96N tyre were more expensive but they wanted another £40 on top to fit them. I said no that’s too much the fitter didn't do anything the first time, and I would cancel the order. They now want £40.00 to cancel the order. The service is extremely poor and they have conned me out of £40.00 as they did not offer the correct tyres online when I put the correct size speed load etc – is this deliberate?. I am going to speak to consumer rights about them. Do not use this company, I will not recommend this company to anyone.
