Two Techs

After being at the mercy of a large Renault dealership for six years and never meeting the 'technicians' face to face, it was a lucky find and refreshing experience at Two Techs that restored my faith in garages.When large dealerships go to great trouble to distance the customer from the people doing the actual work, Two Techs do the complete opposite. Starting with the friendly welcome on reception by Jo and then talking through the problems directly with Terry and the team, I was able to confidently rely on them doing what was needed at a competitive rate while keeping me up to date with progress. Like other reviewers, I will be using Two Techs from now on and if there are any large dealership managers out there reading this - you could learn a lot about trust and customer care from this excellent team.

Two Tech helped me out when no one else could. Now I know of them I'll use them for everything with my Scenic. Passengers front window was stuck half down, Worse going on holiday this evening. Two techs could raise stuck window, and I'm more than happy to book in repair of window on return. Now at least safe and weather tight. Also cheaper than other quotes that could not fit me in there and then.

The guys that work here are very friendly, will explain anything that needs to be carried out in plain english. Have used them for many years and never had any issues year after year. They are ex Renault technicians and use Renault parts.
